Walls of Grianan of Aileach

The Grianan of Aileach is a historic monument in County Donegal, Ireland. Built in the sixth or seventh century as a ring fort at the top of Grianan Hill to be a seat of Kingdown of Aileach and was an important center of culture and politics during  the rule of early celtics chieftains.
