Sad Boulders is a popular hiking & climbing area outside of Bishop, California. Located along Chalk Bluff Road, it is located near the trailhead for Happy Boulders. The trailhead for Happy Boulders was packed w/ parked vehicles so I opted for the dismal alternative.
