Molla Bey Camii'nin yanında yer alan Tekke, Kütahya'da ayakta kalabilmiş, geç devir tekke mescitlerin en önemlilerindendir. 1854 yılında Hacı Halil oğlu Şeyh Salih tarafından Halveti Mesudiye Tekkesi olarak yaptırılmıştır. Şeyh Salih, tekkenin ilk postnişinidir. Tekkenin son şeyhi 1936 yılında ölen Şeyh Bekir Efendi'dir. Bu nedenle ''Bekir Efendi Tekkesi'' diye de anılır.
