Toadstools - Utah

Die Toadstools (=Pilzfelsen) sind Erosionsformen, die durch Wind und Wasser aus dem relativ weichen Sandstein herausgebildet werden, wenn härtere Deckschichten das darunter liegende Gestein schützen. Hier die Pilzfelsen im Grand Staircase - Escalante National Monument in Süd-Utah.
