Distant overlook of Clear Lake Reservoir from the boundary of the Clear Lake National Wildlife Refuge east of Tionesta, California.  The refuge is off limits to the public.  There were two large control burns being conducted on the south side of the Clear Lake Hills, to which one of them is seen building in momentum.
