Saint-Petersburg. Quay with sphinx on Malaya Nevka river.

Malaya Nevka rivers is one of the branches of Neva river, in it's estuary when it comes through Saint Petersburg to the Gulf of Finland. In 18th century this quay had been used by Russian aristocrats, who owned cottages and dachas on Stone Island. This Sphinxes were produce in 1826 as a test items before building the Egyptian bridge ensemble and find its final place only after WW2
