Mao-Cao Mountain
Taiwan

Maocao Mountain, next to Kaohsiung County Road No. 39-1, sits among the valleys formed by the badlands landform of Moon World. Every autumn and winter, silver grass blossoms that are taller than human beings always fill the mountain. The sight of swaying silver grass, when one walks among these plants, is so beautiful that this mountain is called “Maocao Mountain” (which literally means Silver Grass Mountain).
