It is located on top of a hill overlooking the whole are, in the northwest after passing through downtown Bozyazı District, Mersin. The oval shaped fortification walls are relatively well preserved. It is mentioned as “Syce” or “Sycae” in Roman sources. The double-tier grave sample on the southern slope of the hill is similar to the ones in the Antique City of Anemurium.
