On the 26th December 2004, this now iconic 25m wooden fishing vessel was swept inland by the infamous Boxing Day tsunami, before coming to rest on a roof of a house in Lampulo, Banda Aceh. Fortunately, this modern day "noah's ark" saved 59 peoples lives.
