COLOMBIA - Ciudad Perdida / Lost City 8

This panoramas shows a great overview of the terraces of the archaeological site of the Ciudad Perdida (Lost City), nested in the wild mountains of the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, covered with lush jungle. The Lost City is Colombia's major archaeological site, and if it 650 years older than Machu Picchu in Peru. We can appreciate here the architecture of the terraces, made of stone walls, and a clear view of the scenery under a beautiful blue sky.
