Cube Houses
Rotterdam

A series of 32 cube-shaped houses designed by Piet Blom and built in 1984. The tilted-cube-on-a-pole design makes it appear that the apartments are cramped inside and difficult to live in, however online reports from visitors state that they are actually quite spacious (approx. 100sqm) and make great use of the space. Unless you are tall of course.

Unfortunately, we arrived too late to see the inside of the museum, so that is planned for the next trip.

Ingenious!
