Dian Jiang Tai, in the middle of Da Hei Shan. Da Hei Shan (The Big Black Mountain), located 15 km east of the Golden State zone of Dalian, about 663 meters,  is the highest peak in Dalian suburbs. There are many monuments and temples in the hil.
