This is 2/3 along the Tugela Falls trails starting at Royal Natal National Park. Visited in August, which is the end of winter and still very dry. (Tugela Falls is dry at this time of year.) Unfortunately, I am not yet able to locate the Tugela Falls trail exactly on the map.
