View from near the true summit of Eaton Peak (elev. 7,638') in the Russian Wilderness near Etna, California.  The true summit is obscured by trees however this granite outcropping provides good views of the Klamath/Salmon Mountains w/ Russian Peak & the Trinity Alps to the south, Mt. Shasta to the east, & the Marble Mountains to the north.  Big Duck Lake & Little Duck Lake are visible to the northwest.
