Edinburgh - St. Giles, Transept
Scotland
Located at the shores of the Firth of Forth Edinburg is the capital of Scotland. It is a city of art und culture. St. Gile’s Cathedral – High Kirk of Edinburgh – is the main church of the Church of Scotland. It is located directly at the Royal Mile. The church dates from the 14th century, but it has experienced some alterations over the centuries. The leader of the Scottish Reformation John Knox was minister at St. Giles.
