18. yüzyılın sonlarına doğru inşa edildiği sanılan yalı, bir paşa tarafından yaptırılmıştır. Daha sonra el değiştiren yalı, uzun süre, II. Abdülaziz sadrazamı Keçecizade Fuat Paşa tarafından ev olarak kullanılmıştır. Keçecizade Fuat Paşa döneminden sonra bir süre ev olarak kullanılan yalı, Cumhuriyet döneminde restore edilerek, 1930 yıllarda otel ve pansiyon amaçlı olarak kullanılmaya başlanmıştır.

Istanbul (historically Byzantium and later Constantinople; see the other names of Istanbul) is the largest city of Turkey and the third largest city in the world.
