A spring afternoon inside Canto: a modern casual restaurant on Cutting Room Square in Ancoats. It's the second operation in Manchester from acclaimed restaurateur Simon Shaw and the team behind El Gato Negro. With a menu created by head chef Carlos Gomes, the food and drink offering draws inspiration from his native Portugal and the whole of the Iberian peninsula.
