City of Treinta y Tres Obelisk. Monument to the founders of the city, conducted in 1954 by the architect Jorge Geille. It has a height of 45 meters and the side facing west in bronze nymph symbolizing the Olimar River. You can say it's a simple Monument City of Treinta y Tres''  but hide another culture.
