This cape is the eastern point of the main island of Guadeloupe in the French West Indies. From this place you can see the whole island with the eastern coast beaten by the waves of the Atlantic ocean. Looking in the west, you can see the mountainous part of the island with La Soufrière volcano culminating at nearly 1500 m.
