Rarawa Beach is unique in New Zealand because of its white silica sand composed of almost pure quartz grains.
You can hear a gentle whistle underneath your feet while walking on this sand.
This beach is well isolated for peaceful relaxation and has crystal clear water.
Located at Far North District - Northland - New Zealand - Oceania.

Auckland is the commercial capital of New Zealand but anything to the North can be considered "Northland". Preferred destination for tourists and workers alike when surf, sand, diving and fishing is involved. It has a solid rural base of Dary, Beef and Sheep as well as horticulture and wineyards. Whangarei is the regional city on the way up to Cape Reinga at the northernmost tip of the island.
