The Beach at St Michael's on Sea is beautiful! The main beach separates the Mhlanga River from the Indian Ocean. The Mhlanga River forms a tranquil estuary that is perfect for exploring on paddle boat (available for hire from the beach). Lifeguards also keep a watchful eye over bathers during peak / holiday times. There is ample parking, as well as curio shops and stores and restaurants that offer timely refreshment located nearby.
