In the tower of the church there is a broader color sandstone figure of St Nicholas Cathedral of St. John Kroes (1600). The singular structure of the Emsland pulpit has been inspired by J. Schagemann from Meppen 1805 / 8 from the pulpit of St. Aegidiichurch at Münster (J.C. Schlaun).
