Tainan City - Fort Zeelandia-Taiwan

Fort Zeelandia, called as "Orange City" (Orange), "Zeelandia" (Zeelandia), "Anping city" and "Taiwan City", is located in Tainan, Taiwan today. Originally built in 1624, is the oldest castle in Taiwan. Since the self-built city, was once the hub of the Dutch ruled Taiwan, was once a mansion Trinh dynasty of three generations. Pure castle building houses with red brick, with shine at dusk with sunset, beautiful, "Anping sunset" in 1953 by the Taiwan Provincial Government elected Taiwan Eight.

Fort Zeelandia has two sites is heritage-listed national monument for the city of remnants of Taiwan, and national monuments Zeelandia cum city building walls of an ancient structure. The long-term perspective of the general public observatory, is considered more Fort Zeelandia, but in fact was built in the Japanese colonial period, does not belong monuments.
