Trigorsky, Voronich

High hill the rests were here in XIV-XVI centuries of a fortress. It was in the centre of the Pskov suburb Voronich. Воронич was of great importance as the boundary strategic point protecting along with other suburbs (Vrev, the Choice, Island, Vele, Opochka, etc.) approaches to Pskov from the southwest, and as the important trading point providing a convenient crossing on a trading path from Moscow and Pskov to Lithuania and Poland.

On a site of ancient settlement of Voronich there is a patrimonial cemetery of owners next Trigorsky.
