Eskigediz İsmetpaşa Mahallesi, Uşak Caddesi’nde yer almaktadır. Osmanlı dönemine tarihlenen yapı, iki katlıdır. Ahşap karkas arası kerpiç dolgu tekniği ile örülmüş, kırma çatılı, Marsilya kiremit ile kaplıdır. Üst katta çıkma bulunmaktadır.
