Monumento a Don Pelayo, Gijón La Plaza del Marqués de San Esteban (acortada a 'plaza del Marqués' popularmente) es probablemente LA plaza de Gijón. El palacio de Revillagigedo, construido a comienzos del XVIII es hoy en dí­a un Centro de Arte Contemporáneo. Otro elemento relevante de esta plaza es el Monumento al rey Pelayo, que inició la Reconquista de la Pení­nsula en Covadonga.
