Beinn Stumanadh, Sutherland. This remote hill lies to the east of Loch Loyal. It is approached from the northwest. There is parking in a layby to the east side of the A836 at NC615505. A mapped footpath starts eastwards at NC613507. The footpath leads to a bridge over the channel between two lochs and continues along the north side of Loch Loyal and onto Achnanclach. A steep ATV track climbs the side Sron Ruadh, keeping right of the valley, eventually reaching the ridge which leads round to the summit of Beinn Stumanadh. The panorama enjoys an unspoiled panorama dominate by Ben Loyal.
