YSP is the leading international outdoor centre for modern and contemporary sculpture in the UK. It is an independent charitable trust and registered museum, situated in 500-acres in West Yorkshire. Ai Weiwei's Circle of Animals / Zodiac Heads represents the twelve animals of the Chinese zodiac. The heads are based on a fountain-clock from Yuanming Yuan, the old imperial summer palace in Beijing.
