Monteriggioni is a small medieval town in Tuscany, Italy located on a hill in between Sienna and San Gimignano. It is surronded by a wall which is completely preserved. This areal panorama was taken a little outside the town with a great view at the whole town of Monteriggioni.

The West coast is bathed from the Ligurian and Tyrrhenian Sea; here we can find the islands of the Tuscan archipelago including the island of Elba. The regional capital is Florence and the other provinces are: Arezzo, Grosseto, Livorno, Lucca, Massa, Pisa, Pistoia, Prato and Siena.
