This small yellowwood church in Bulwer, KwaZulu-Natal stands on a site fronting Wagon Road, which used to be the main road between Pietermaritzburg and Himeville during the post-cart era. The yellowwood was cut from the farm of Rev. Benjamin Markham of Ashtonvale. The timber was hand sawn. The church is still in regular use.
