ARBORETUM 360º
Venezuela

The wooded areas adjacent to the Experimental Biology Institute building in the Bello Monte Hills constitute a secondary deciduous forest. This area represents a remnant of Caracas's vegetation and fauna and one of the city's last remaining green spaces. The Arboretum is fundamental to the teaching and research of the UCV's School of Biology, where basic and applied science studies have been and continue to be conducted.
