FriendFone provides software where users can set verified reminders. A user can say they need to be texted at noon in order to help them remember to take their medications and we'll send them a text. When the text is received, the user will have 5 minutes to click the link and verify the pin. If they fail to verify the pin within the 5-minute window, we call them, if they don't answer, then we follow an escalation process ( could be continually calling them, calling a neighbor, calling an emergency contact, etc). That's pretty much it. We apply this model to safety, daily tasks, meetings, reminders, education, etc. Our website has a lot more information but the majority of customers are targeted by medical providers such as hospitals and at-home care.
