A view of Mud Creek & debris flow outside of McCloud, California. Recent glacial floods coming from the slopes of Mount Shasta have caused debris flows of volcanic ash & lahar to sweep down the mountain & inundate the forests below. Mud Creek has had past flooding events as recorded in 1924, 2014, 2021, & 2022.
