Middle Ages monastery placed in the heart of Galicia. Near of Silleda, the Carboeiro Monastery is founded in the 10th century. After being in ruins it was rehabilitated in the late 20th century. This is an important example of romanic galician architecture, having actually an arch with the elderly musicians of the Apocalypse as the Portico of Glory has in Santiago de Compostela Cathedral.
