Looking at the Friarage Manor House in Hartlepool, England.  Constructed around the 16th or 17th century, it sits atop the site of an old Franciscan Friary dating from the 1200s.  The manor house was a hospital since the 1860s before ceasing operations in the late 1980s.  The building was in a state of disrepair but has since been touched-up.
