About 40 years of experience in all kinds of photography. Started when he was about 16 years old in a local club of amateur photographers. Holds degrees in Information Technology and Computer Engineering (thesis on image processing techniques).

Specialised in High Resolution photography: nature, landscapes, astrophotography, interiors, travel, turism projects. Philippe led several Belgian-Dutch expeditions to total solar eclipses all over the world: Greenland, Bolivia, Mexico, China, Australia, Finland, Iceland, Zambia, ... and made several multimedia shows about them.
