Craobh Haven was constructed in 1983 as a holiday resort village and marina .

The marina is very popular for private boat owners and the occasional visit by small cruise ships who are touring the nearby island .

Craobh Haven is located about 22 miles south of Oban and 17 miles north of Lochgilphead on the Craiginish Peninsula .
