This aerial spherical photograph has been shot by a quadrocopter in a heigt of appr. 70m above ground. The aerial picture shows the Markt Tittling in the north-east part of Bavaria.
Tittling is the heart of the three castles country and lies in the Danube-Forest region between the three-river-town Passau (23 km) and the Bavarian Forest National Park. The community area stretches from 400 to 600 meters west of the river Ilz (river), one of the last wild rivers in Bavaria. The place is known for its quarries where the Tittlinger granite is mined. The relatively high position of the village on the slope of the 576 m high Blümersberg makes it almost free of fog all year round. The view from the Blümersberg to the chain of the Alps can be enjoyed on the day of a biking.
