Son zamanlarda İstanbul Design Week’ e ev sahipliği yapan Eski Galata Köprüsü,1912 yılında Machinebau Ausburg Nürnberg tarafından yapılmıştır. 1992 yılında yanan köprü İstanbul’un simgesel yapılarından biri olarak 80 yıl boyunca Haliç’in iki yakasını birbirne bağladı. Alt katında bulunan restorant ve cafeler arasında bugün halen Beyoğlu’nda bulunan Gitar Ve Kemancı bara Ev sahipliği yaptı. Türk Rock camiasının önemli mekanları arasında sayılan köprü bugünki halinden oldukça farklıydı. Direk denize boşalan tuvaletlerinde, hafif bir dalga çarpması sonucu bazı uzuvlarınızın ıslanması kaçınılmazdı:) O eski güzel günlerin hatrına gerçekleştirdiğimiz sanal tur çalışmamız köprünün açık olduğu designweek haftasında çekildi.

Istanbul (historically Byzantium and later Constantinople; see the other names of Istanbul) is the largest city of Turkey and the third largest city in the world.
