This is the famous baobab alley (avenue de baobab) north-east of Morondava an the west coast of Madagascar. Many people have seen a picture of this alley at sunset on post cards. It is very beautiful to see the sky getting orange and the big trees getting red.

This type of the baobab is the Adansonia grandidieri (Grandidier's Baobab), a very tall type.
