暑氣難耐的7、8月，到鄰近公館永福橋頭的自來水園區中玩水，一百元有找的入園費，是不少爸爸媽媽帶著孩子出遊的首選。然而，在夏天才開放的戲水區水鄉庭園一旁，那幢仿巴洛克式的自來水博物館與隱藏在觀音山旁小徑頂端的蓄水池，可是藏著一段跨越國籍的師徒情誼故事呢！
