林森、康樂公園所在地舊稱三板橋，清代曾於此設置兵舍，⽇治以後逐漸成為往⽣者埋葬之地，1900年正式劃設為共同墓地。原有3座⿃居，之後僅剩⼤、⼩兩座。⼤、⼩⿃居為「神明⿃居」形式，兩根立柱位於圓形「台⽯」上，最上⽅橫⽊為「笠⽊」，下⽅則是連通立柱的「賞」，⽬前⼤⿃居已確認附屬於第七任台灣總督明⽯元⼆郎原墓塚，明⽯元⼆郎則已遷葬於新北市三芝區福音山基督教墓地。
