It's cold winter in Munich but surfers from around the globe cruise down the Eisbach even it can get a bit chilly. Full-body wetsuits are not only recommended but required to survive outside temperature of around -7°C. Munich Eisbach is probably the world’s best known river surf spot. The Eisbach wave — literally “ice brook” — sits in the middle of Munich at the English Garden, the largest urban park in the world.
