煙波虹橋位於阿公店水庫西北側，以吊橋連結至對岸自行車道，串連水庫與東北端的半島；向南可眺望阿公店水庫，向東可觀賞保安林地，北可眺望牛稠埔溪和大崗山，吊橋之型式如彩虹劃過湖面，形成一幅優美的畫面。
