o Arco da Porta Nova em Braga

The Baroque façade faces outwards from the city and bears the coat of arms of Archbishop Gaspar de Bragança. Such as, the fact that the Porta Nova Archway never had a door. As there was no war at that time and as the city was growing beyond the walls, no door was placed in that arch.
