On this square the former king or queen of Madagascar told the new rules to  public. Sometimes they had good ideas. For example the saying "buriburi nitani" which means "the earth is round". This means that when you make bad things, you are not able to run away because the earth is round and you can be catched from the other way around.

Now the square is used by children for playing and kite.
