老祖鼎成於一七五一年來台，生子臣春，並定居北投里，即今祖厝（李協勝公）所在地，於一八三五年臣春四子山石，因人丁漸多，故遷往中田寮定居，並於一八七一年建此華屋，距今一百三十一年。後經懋、貽、宗、永、魁、名、光等七代於此居住。李山石號爾膽、字維巖，一名監生，宮名呈輝，生於一八０一年卒於一八八六年享年八十六歲。
