Far West Temple Site, Far West, Missouri, USA

Located in Caldwell County 50 miles northeast of Kansas City, the city of Far West is the location of the second temple commenced by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints while in Missouri.

The temple lot in Far West contains the 4 original cornerstons which were laid for the temple in 1838.  They are located under protective glass.

The United States is one of the most diverse countries on earth, jam packed full of amazing sights from St. Patrick's cathedral in New York to Mount Hollywood California.The Northeast region is where it all started.
