Hello, my name is William l. I took my first spherical in 2007 but didn't really get fully into the hobby until a few years later. Despite doing this for awhile, I'm still learning new techniques as I go. I take photos of anything & everything in the USA & Canada, particularly of offbeat places only the locals would know about (or maybe not know about); my primary themes include:
Lakes/waterfalls/bodies of water
Places of mystery/tragedy
Abandoned ruins/places in decay
Fire lookout towers
Cemeteries/specific graves/veteran memorials
Floral & botany
Trashed & destroyed vehicles
Anything of sentimental value
Photographing has always been my pictoral diary as one never knows when something is going to change. Many of my adventures have been of solo exploration & I hope for many more.
I have been going to India 2 times a year for the past 5 or 6 years to learn more about how they work with large animals. Have been to all of the large animal events and many other places there too. I first started shooting VR Photos at the Pushkar Camel Fair, then some of the other camel events, elephant events, forts, palaces and old ruins.
